Abstract Background Migraine is one of the most common neurological diseases around world and calcitonin gene-related peptide (CGRP) plays an important role in its pathophysiology. Therefore, present study, we evaluated efficacy monoclonal antibodies blocking CGRP ligand or receptor episodic chronic migraine. Objective The objective our study implementing a meta-analysis to systematically evaluate safety eptinezumab for treatment migraine compared with placebo. Method We searched Medline, Embase, Cochrane Library Clinicaltrials.gov randomized controlled trials (RCTs) which were performed versus placebo up September 2020. data was assessed by Review Manager 5.3 software. risk ratio (RR) standard mean difference (SMD) analyzed using dichotomous outcomes continuous respectively random effect model.
